This section investigates how sustainable products and services can create a competitive advantage, evolve your portfolio of customers, and drive a more sustainable market demand.

Circularity means the aim to design out waste and pollution, keeping products and materials in use and out of landfill.
A competitive advantage is a superiority gained by an organisation when it can provide the same value as its competitors but at a lower price, or can charge higher prices by providing greater value through differentiation. Sustainable products are those products that provide environmental, social and economic benefits while protecting public health and environment over their whole life cycle.
Sustainable products can generate an environmental, social and/or economic benefit(s), whilst not causing biodiversity loss.
